To mark the occasion, he took it upon himself to tweet lyrics from the city’s unofficial anthem, Molly Malone, only he took it upon himself to slightly alter the words.

As for what Fry is doing in Dublin? He tweeted this earlier, though he has since deleted it. Apparently he’ll be chatting with Gay Byrne today and presenting “a very special award” tomorrow.
